We look after about 30 properties in Edinburgh City Centre and we have a central office located on Home Street. We can be reached by phone or email to answer any questions and offer assistance. Unfortunately, we won't be there in person to meet you, but rest assured someone is always contactable even after hours for emergencies. We send out key instructions 3 days prior to arrival, so please make sure that you keep a note of this as it will contain your apartment address and the codes to get into the key box for access. We find that this works well for most of our guests as they don't have to wait around in the rain for someone to meet them or if you want to finish that cup of coffee or glass of wine - you have the freedom to arrive when you want.
