Glenn and Angela welcome you to our lovely home. We are a husband and wife team and after taking over in May 2019, we are enjoying everything this beautiful area has to offer and we very much look forward to taking care of you during your stay with us - we believe that it is all about you, our guest, and we try to ensure that each guest feels comfortable and cared for. We have carried out some refurbishment and redecoration but, as you can imagine with such a lovely old building, this is a continuing job! But we love what we do and we enjoy working together - we should have done it years ago!
Snitter is a small hamlet set in Rural Northumberland and is steeped in history, with connections with Lord Armstrong as part of the Cragside Estate. The setting is very tranquil and relaxing surrounded by trees and cottages. There is a traditional locals pub in the village of Thropton and an award winning Restaurant a little further out of the village. Rothbury which is about 2 miles away, offers an array of local shops, pub, cafes and independent traders .
