This charming little cottage is tucked away in Silverdale Mews just off Silverdale Road in Eastbourne. Its location is fantastic being just a few minutes walk to both the town centre and the beautiful beaches of Eastbourne. The property can sleep up to 4 guests with a double room and a twin room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and an additional downstairs toilet. The living area has been beautifully renovated and includes a Smart TV where you can log into apps like Netflix, BBC iPlayer and much more. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, washer-dryer and all the cooking utensils you will need for a self catering holiday. Linen and towels are provided and for guests staying longer than a week then a second set will be supplied. The property has it's own parking space, however with it's central location a car is far from needed.

Eastbourne town centre with all its amenities, the seafront and the train station and bus terminal are all within easy walking distance.
