Spacious family home just a minute's walk from the tranquil Pevensey Bay beach. Skip to the Beach sleeps up to eight (maximum six adults) across four bedrooms. With a fabulous, large rear garden, this holiday home also welcomes adult, neutered dogs (supplement applies). A built in BBQ and two outdoor dining sets makes this a great summer escape. There is also plenty of space to relax inside with a large lounge and huge dining conservatory, both with TVs. The ground floor includes a large lounge complete with four sofas - semi split into two halves so you can watch TV at one side and play games, or read a book at the other end. A Sky Q box with internet connection and pre-loaded apps means you can extend your viewing options (don't forget your Netflix log in) and there is a DVD player too. The separate kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The huge conservatory has a dining table and additional sofa/TV. The ground floor includes a shower room with toilet. Upstairs is the main bathroom, with a bath and shower over, plus the four bedrooms. WiFi, towels & linen are provided, plus driveway parking for four cars.

Neighbourhood information

Pevensey Bay is a peaceful seaside village just a few miles east of Eastbourne, with Bexhill to the west. It's a great spot for a family seaside holiday and there are many lovely places to visit within a short drive. Bodium Castle, near Battle is a stunning moated castle. Pevensey has its own castle ruins worth a wander around and there are lots of historical houses and gardens within reach. Walkers will love to stroll on the beach or hit the South Downs for more serious hiking. Children will love Knockhatch Adventure Park, Drusillas Zoo and the many activity farms close by.
