Slades Farm Glamping has been especially developed to be a natural part of the landscape. Newly extended this year we have landscaped the area behind the farmhouse with newly planted trees and shrubs to make a beautiful and peaceful setting in the English countryside. We encourage grasses and flowers to grow around the site to improve air quality and encourage wildlife. Outside lighting is discrete to reduce light pollution and privacy. We have recycled much of the wood used to build the pods and huts and used British grown wood for the remainder. Each Pod/Hut is individual and hand built by Martin. You can enjoy the changing seasons as the views change throughout the year from brilliantly sunny days to crisp frosty mornings. We like to save energy and have an eco friendly ethos on site. Recycling of your waste is available and we ask that you join us to help reduce waste by using this facility. Switching off lights when not needed and using water thoughtfully is appreciated. We hope that you will enjoy staying here along with the horses and sheep that will look at you as much as you admire them !
