The house is very well proportioned with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs, along with 50% of the total area open planned to the rear and opening onto a huge entertaining decked area with outside lighting, Bluetooth music ...... and hot tub! Upstairs consists of 2 king size bedrooms, both have seating areas and widescreen wall mounted Televisions. All bedrooms have hard wired internet access! The house, i hope, sits on a knife edge of personal and homely without it feeling odd lol Living area boasts a wood burning stove, a free view television and a DVD projector system with a selection of movies! The house itself is rural but only 2 miles from amenities! 2 minutes drive from Irvinestown and Ballinamallard and 10 minutes drive from Enniskillen. There is plenty of parking space for vehicles and indeed turning area for boats, trailers.
