A lovely rural retreat a modern elegantly furnished and comfortable studio apartment. The Sleepy Dragon apartment is situated amongst rolling country side, with stunning views over the Firth of Forth enjoyed from the extended gardens. We are situated on the Antonine Wall route an area excellent for walkers and cyclists alike, yet only a 5 minute drive form both historic towns of Bo'ness and Linlithgow where you can enjoy many eateries , bars and independent shopping.

Hi After travelling on and off for 10 years my husband and I decided to take roots and bought Nether Kinneil Farmhouse in 2013, after a few years of renovating we can now invite quests to stay, we are now busy renovating the barns its a life long project. We live in Farmhouse so always available if required.

Bo'ness having the Hippodrome, Scotlands oldest public cinema, the Scottish Railway Museum and a short distance to Outlander location Blackness Castle. Linlithgow with its impressive Palace home of Mary Queen of Scots. Edinburgh Airport 20 minutes, Glasgow Airport 1 hour by car or Taxi. Linlithgow train station is 3 miles away. Bo'ness is about midway between Edinburgh and Glasgow easy access to central, southern and north of Scotland.
