Ian and Lisa welcome you to their home, where you are free to come and go as you please and feel at home yourself. We offer a nine bedroom guest house set in the South Norfolk countryside, neighbouring a small public house.

The original part of the building is near to the entrance hall, the school originally having two rooms with high vaulted ceilings; one large senior classroom a small junior classroom (Guest Sitting Room). Ash, Oak and Beech are all bedrooms that are situated in the roof ‘upstairs’ part of the old school, the entrance hall being a later addition to the school, housed the school boy’s cloakroom. There is more history later. The far end of the property was added in 1989. We extensively altered and refurbished the accommodation in 2005 and again in 2011/12 then 2015/16 Built 1860 and extended 1989
