South Sands Beach House oozes 5*comfort and classic style. A newly built 3 story townhouse sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with a master suite en-suite shower room, 1 family bathroom & GF cloakroom WC together 2 balconies (one off the lounge and another off the master bedroom) & 2 generous private parking spaces. There is a striking ‘hot chilli’ red kitchen/diner is high-spec and fully-equipped for self-catering with glass doors leading out to the rear patio terrace. Off the dining room is a convenient ground floor cloakroom WC. Leading off the landing up on the first floor is the 2nd double bedroom, a family bathroom, lounge & balcony which does enjoy distant sea views towards Torquay. Up on the 2nd floor is a twin bedroom & master bedroom en-suite with a covered balcony.

South Sands is located on the South West Coastal Path and enjoys all that the south west coast has to offer as you stretch your legs. South Sands is situated within a short walk of Torquay's famous promenade and sits opposite the path leading down to Livermead Sands Beach. The house is just a 10 minute walk to Torquay station with direct links to London for those arriving by train. A short walk to Torre Abbey Sands and the Riviera Conference Centre and sports facilities. Continue along the front and you arrive at the Harbour with ferries to Brixham and Dartmouth, plenty of eateries and what Torquay has to offer. The new townhouses are set back from the main Torquay coastal Road which runs between Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. Hollicombe Beach in Preston is also a short walk away through the park and has a beautiful sandy beach. It is quieter than the main beaches in-between. Torquay is a comfortable stroll and offers a wealth of cafés, bars, restaurants and shops, alongside attractions including water sports, golf, cycling and fine dining.
