Southcourt house is a bright, spacious beautiful Victorian terrace house and which is ideally located 1 minute from Worthing train station and just 10 minute walk into the town centre. The perfect base for exploring Brighton, Arundel, Goodwood, Chichester and the stunning Sussex countryside. Worthing’s beaches and the South Downs, are both 5 mins away. The house is in a quiet residential area with sunny garden. There are 5 large bedrooms one en-suite on the top floor, 3 double bedrooms on the second floor and another large double bedroom located on the ground floor. The house can sleep up to 10 people. There is a family bathroom with a stand alone bath and a walk in shower, the en-suite on the top floor also has a walk in shower and there is an additional toilet on the ground floor. The large open plan kitchen/dinner opens onto the sunny garden perfect for sun downers in the summer. WIFI is free and parking is on street with permits which we can provide.
