Hi 👋🏼 we are Alex and Kath We wanted to take this opportunity to introduce or reintroduce ourselves to everyone and to put a face behind our business. We are 2 really close friends that provide really great quality short-stay accommodation. We started with a lovely 1 bedroom apartment, in a fabulous Southampton location and we were hooked. We now have 2 further 2 bedroom places Southampton and 4 fabulous houses of various sizes in Nottingham, close to all the attractions and amenities in both areas. We love hosting, being able to give people a fabulous place to stay, whatever the reason for their visit is what we love to do. Compared to many others in the hospitality industry we are mere pups, we started our business in November 2019, and we are learning and striving for improvement every day, we love hearing the compliments (we are so lucky to have received a lot) and the constructive feedback, which we always strive to act upon, after-all providing you with a great place to stay is our one and only concern. We have put our heart and soul into creating, really nice, relaxing family and work-friendly places to stay and we would love to to hear what you think.

This is a lovely ground floor 2 bedroomed, 3 bathroom apartment close to Southampton city centre. It is a great place for you and your family or friends to stay whether you are hopping off on a cruise, exploring the city or even visiting Peppa Pig! With lots of room, this apartment can easily accommodate up to 8 people, and with 3 bathrooms there is no traffic jam in the morning. There is a communal car park so you can easily park your car and the local high street has everything you can imagine, from the local convenience shop to bars, restaurants and even beauty salons. Shirley high street is a great base to explore Southampton, with everything from Houdini's Escape Room Experience to a great 'local' you are sure to find something to entertain you. There are some fantastic restaurants and if you prefer to eat in, you are very close to the local shops and supermarkets. If you want to wander slightly further afield, within a short drive or an easy bust route you can easily access to the dock and ferry terminals, the Mayflower Theatre and the Beaulieu, all fantastic places to spend your day, and if you have promised your little one a visit to Peppa Pig, this apartment is a mere 15-minute drive away! Our house is in a quiet residential area and as such want to respect our neighbours. Therefore quiet time is between 10pm and 7am and we expect our guests to comply with this polite request and consider it at the time of booking. We employ a security team who can enforce eviction in the unfortunate event that this is necessary.
