## The space A lovely 2 storey home in Redfield Bristol. It is modern and spacious, with tasteful decor and furnishings. There are 2 good sized double bedrooms - one with a king sized bed and one double - ample storage space and hotel-quality, high thread count bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you could need to whip up a tasty meal! There is a good selection of appliances including a microwave, coffee machine and oven. There is a separate dining room, with dartboard! Relax in the living room after a long day of sightseeing! It has comfortable seating, a log-burner and TV. Great for after a busy day! The bathroom is fully fitted and I will supply some basic essential toiletries, so one less thing for you to worry about! The house will be professionally cleaned in preparation for your stay and wifi is available throughout! ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. ## Guest interaction I won't be available in person but I have a fantastic support team who will be contactable by email or telephone during your stay.

## The neighborhood Bristol's best kept secret! Redfield is an old mining community, with Victorian terraced houses featuring plenty of period features. A neighbourhood of young families and retirees, it is a safe and friendly part of town close to the buzz of Church road. ## Getting around There are many links to town from Redfield - it’s about a 25 minute walk away from Bristol Temple Meads railway station or the city centre, making it a perfect place for commuters. It is also easy to hop on a train to Clifton Down, which is just 4 short stops from Lawrence Hill railway station. Redfield has become a popular place to live for people working in the city centre because of the short 1.5 miles distance. There is easy access to town by foot or by bicycle thanks to the Bristol to Bath cycle path, and there are regular buses which can be caught either from Church Road, or Devon Road. Another option is to hire a YoBike, just search the app store for the YoBike app and hop on one of the yellow bikes which are usually in plentiful supply on Church Road.
