Located on the 2nd floor, guests are welcomed by a long hallway when they enter the flat with access to all rooms. There are three bedrooms, the bigger one with the ensuite shower room. The bedrooms have a king-size bed, a double bed and a single bed respectively, and all rooms have plenty of cupboard space. In addition to the ensuite shower room there is also a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Both are equipped with a toilet and a sink. The ensuite shower room has an electric shower, whereas the main bathroom is equipped with a more powerful mixer shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows guests to cook if they wish to do so. After a long day out and about, the living room offers a space to kick back and relax with a TV and WiFi in the flat. There is also a balcony.
This newly renovated, spacious flat is located on a quiet residential street in between the busy Easter Road and Leith Walk. For those who are arriving by car, it has secure underground parking. Leith walk has an abundance of restaurants, pubs and quirky shops well worth checking out. As for major sights, they're all walkable from the flat, however, transport links are excellent.
