## The space The two double bedrooms provide ample storage space and hangers so you can unpack and make yourself at home during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for including a hob, oven, fridge, toaster, utensils and washing machine meaning you can cook homemade dinners while there, although with some of Edinburgh's best restaurants close by you may not need to use it! The living room boasts a comfortable sofa to relax on after a long day out sightseeing, this also turns into a double sofa bed so the property can accommodate more guests. Help yourself to the books and games underneath the tv but please ensure that there are returned at the end of your stay. There's a fold out table available in this room, making this the perfect spot to relax if you want to cook a meal in after a day exploring the city. Hotel quality linen and towels will be provided for your stay, as well as basic toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel. ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. ## Guest interaction I won’t be available in person but I have a fantastic support team who can be contacted by phone or email!
## The neighborhood Located close to the city centre, between Haymarket and Gorgie, there are great transport links and Haymarket station is within walking distance. Fountainbridge is home to a large activity complex with a trampoline park, cinema, gym, bowling alley and multiple restaurants. Additionally there are restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets all easily accessible on foot from the property. The Union Canal is great for walks and jogging. ## Getting around Edinburgh Airport: From the airport take the Tram or the Airlink bus to Haymarket train station and follow the information as above or take the Lothian Buses number 35 (which is a standard fair) all the way from the airport door to the Dundee St which is 5 minutes from the flat. Train: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Haymarket. It is just a 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride.
