My flat is located in the heart of Edinburgh's city centre, a 10-second walk to the royal mile, a 3-minute walk to Edinburgh Castle and a 2-minute walk to Princes Street and The New Town. You will be able to explore, be entertained and enjoy everything that Edinburgh's city centre has to offer. This is a two bedroom home (both bedrooms have a double bed) with a large living room & separate kitchen with dining table. Perfect for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travellers. You will enter the flat in the hallway from which you can enter all rooms. The first door to the right is the living room. The living room is a large room with comfortable seating, a TV with on-demand services, a dining table in the window and plenty of original features. From the window you can see Carlton Hill and down the Mound across Princes Street gardens below. In the kitchen you will find all the essential crockery, cooking utensils and glassware for your stay and there is even a washing machine with dryer. There is plenty of room around the table for all guests to eat or work. The Master bedroom has views down towards The Mound and Princes Street Gardens, internally there is a double bed and plenty of storage for your stay. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival. Bedroom two is next door to the main bedroom and once again contains a double bed and enough storage for your stay. The bathroom for the flat has a lovely bath with a shower over the top. I will provide individual spa quality Anyah shampoo/shower gel, body lotion and soap all in eco-friendly pouches to use and take away. Towels will be provided for all guests. Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. We will be contactable by email or telephone during your stay. From my flat you have amazing views over Princes Street gardens, down The Mound to Princes Street and across to the coast of Fife. You could not be in a more central position here on Bank Street, literally next door to Edinburgh castle and with the historic Grassmarket 3 minutes walk to the right and the lovely Princes Street gardens 3 minutes walk to the left. The Royal Mile is on your doorstep with the fabulous St Giles Cathedral along with all the other wonderful historic buildings and lanes of the High Street to explore. There is a Tesco grocery store on South Bridge, down the High Street and turn right its less than 10 minutes walk. There are many recommendations to be made when it comes to bars, restaurants and coffee shops as you are surrounded by so many good ones!
