Our house is a homely, airy and casual decorated family home in a residential area located central within walking distance to Truro town centre. You can reach all shops, restaurants, bars and attractions within a 10 minutes walk (through Victorian Park) and the train station is approximately 15-20 minutes walk away. Our place is an ideal base to explore the North coast and the South coast located central within Cornwall or just enjoy the amenities Truro has to offer. Our house consists of a very spacious, fully equipped and modern Open Plan Kitchen with a big kitchen island, large dining table and a seating area around the fireplace. A downstairs shower room/ toilet and utility room can be accessed from the kitchen also the back garden patio with stepped access into the back garden. We have a cosy lounge / TV room with a large couch to relax or you can enjoy watching movies on a SmartTV. Upstairs consists of a bedroom with a super king sized bed and a second bedroom with either 2 single beds or if you wish you can push them together into a large super king sized bed. A travel cot is available on request, so is a high chair. The family bathroom with a large bathtub/ shower.

Hi, we are a family of 4 and are based in Cornwall. Luke is originally from Cornwall and Nicole from Germany. We used to travel and Air BnB a lot prior kids. On a hold until they are out of the baby and toddler stage. We have decided to venture nearer to Nicole's family for a while and therefore put our lovely house up for holiday rental. We are outdoorsy people and enjoy either the coast with surfing, walking, diving or the mountains with skiing, snowboarding, biking... Cornwall is a great place to go on adventures, discover hidden Coastal gems, throw yourself into the ocean, or venture out to sub-tropical gardens. We love our food, cook up a feast for our friends and family... hence a big social kitchen in our house. For any questions during your stay we are happy to be contacted via email or phone.

We are located in a quiet residential area close to the town centre with the Victorian Park, playground and skate park nearby. The North Coast beaches like Perranporth can be reached within a 15-20mins drive. The train station is within a 15-20mins walk. There are trains to Falmouth, St Ives or other Cornish attractions. There is a bus station in Truro town centre with local and national bus services. There is a residents parking scheme in place, so there is no road parking possible from Monday till Saturday 8am till 6pm. We have recently installed a private parking space on site adjacent to the back garden. There is space for one car.
