Hi, this apartment was a family home for many years and is still cherished and enjoyed. We needed more space so moved locally but could not bare to be parted from the view so we made the apartment available as a holiday let. It’s just a wonderful place to park up ( parking space) and walk. Headland, sea, beach, supermarkets, rock pools. Golf. Etc etc Gorgeous Cornwall at its best. Enjoy! I am available by phone, text, email and local if needed but give guests there space .

We are situated in the Victorian holiday seaside resort of Bude. The town is moderate in size and holds some chain shops but generally independent interesting shops . There are supermarkets, chemists, jewellers, surf shop etc A minor injuries unit in Stratton. Doctors in Stratton and Bude. Hospitals on Exeter, Barnstaple, Plymouth. Bude lies to the East, landward side of the apartment. To the west the Atlantic Ocean. Summerleaze beach, Crooklets beach, The downs. The River Neet, The canal with the only remaining sea lock gates and canal path. When the sea is out you can easily walk across the beach to canal & Lower Wharf with interesting local & craft shops, The Lock gate tea rooms, Olive tree. Walk along the canal to the environmental centre walks at The Weir. South you will find Widemouth Bay with pubs & Elements Italian restaurant. Go North & local small secluded bays, Northcott Mouth, Duck Pool. A Hawkers church at Morwenstow. Park up the car and walk everywhere.
