Stainie Brae Cottage is an immaculate Holiday Cotttage located 1 mile south of Selkirk, only 400 yards off the main A7 Carlisle to Edinburgh roadway (Borders Tourist Route). The property has 2 double bedrooms catering for a family of 4, or alternatively 4 adults / 2 couples. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, two bedside units and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom contains two single beds, two bedside drawers and a fitted wardrobe. A travel cot and hairdryer are also provided free of charge if required. The open plan living - dining room has a multi fuel stove, a 49" flat screen TV, 3 seater sofa and a single chair. The dining room has an extending oak dining room table with 4 chairs. A high chair is available if required. French doors lead out to an enclosed garden area where there is a seating area. The newly appointed kitchen has ample storage space, dishwasher, electric fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Free welcome pack included in price which incudes bread, cereal, milk, crisps, chocolate, butter, preserves, tea, coffee and a complimentary welcome drink.
