Situated in the heart of Meriden, overlooking the village Green, and with grocery stores a few paces from the front door, the apartments offer you a lovely and convenient location. Delightfully picturesque, and a very pleasant vibe, Meriden is ideal if you are working or attending events in the area, visiting family and/or friends (yes, the two groups can be synonymous :)), or if you are passing through and in need of an overnight pit stop, or simply fancy a nice weekend break. You are surrounded by shops including a Budgeons, Co-Op, Meriden Fish and Chips just next door, and Lloyds Pharmacy. The apartments offer two bedrooms, both with double, one with twin single beds, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, and bathroom. In house entertainment provided via BT Internet, including BT Sports, 1, 2, 3 and ESPN, NETFLIX, and free wifi. Given its semi-rural location, the apartments provide a cosy and homey space, in which to relax, unwind, decompress.

Close proximity to the NEC, Birmingham Airport, and BIrmingham International Train Station, all of which are less than 4 miles away, together with direct links to Coventry, Coleshill, Solihull, and Birmingham, M6 and M42, all of which are a straight, quick and easy run. One minute to the A45, and you are on your way. We are very fortunate to have fabulous restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. The Bulls Head, and The Strawberry Bank have now re-opened and offer restaurant dining as well as bar food. The Barn at Berryfields, who are a 60 second drive from the apartments have also now reopened. In addition, we have Meriden Spice, Meriden's Award Winning Indian Restaurant who also offer delivery. It is so good to have these restaurants up and running again. They have been sorely missed. We look forward to welcoming you.

Minutes from the major motorway networks, A45, M42, & M6, the apartments are nicely set in the picturesque semi rural village of Meriden. Given its location, and in this current climate, the apartments will serve well Key Workers, Construction & Project Workers, as well as folk living locally who may, as an additional precaution, prefer to observe the current restrictions on movement away from elderly and vulnerable relatives with whom they are currently living.
