Strathy is a 2-bedroom holiday home situated within walking distance of the centre of Dornoch in the Scottish Highlands. This single-storey holiday home offers guests an ideal basecamp to explore more of what Dornoch has to offer. The lounge offers guests a 2-seater settee, 2 easy chairs, smart television, nest of tables, feature electric fireplace, patio doors opening to the front garden and patio area with garden furniture. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and plenty of kitchenware. The master bedroom is furnished with single beds (that can be put together to create a king-size bed), bedside units with table lamps, built-in double wardrobe, two chairs and a mirror. The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside units with table lamps, free-standing clothes hanger, and a shelf. The shower room offers guests an electric shower, toilet, and wash hand basin. The outside of the property consists of parking at the front (first come first serve basis). Private front and rear garden. The holiday home has central heating throughout and Wi-Fi at no extra cost.
Although a car is not a necessity, we recommend using your own or hiring a car to make the most of Dornoch and the surrounding area. There is a bus stop in the centre of Dornoch with routes taking you north and south of Dornoch. Dornoch has a taxi & private hire service. The holiday home is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac and is within walking distance to Dornoch beach, Dornoch Golf Club and Dornoch town centre.
