## The space My small but cosy and competitively priced studio is perfect for you if you are looking for a place to rest. The SOFA BED is perfect for two people, fresh linen is provided for every stay. The studio is professionally cleaned ahead of your stay. There is a dining table for you to enjoy meals. Although there is no oven or stove to cook on, I do have a fridge and microwave if you do require to warm up some food. However, Clapham has a great selection of restaurants and these are all right on your doorstep :). The approach to the studio via an alleyway that leads to the a Church, and the studio itself is in a secluded back yard making it a very quiet place to stay. I and my family do stay in the studio from time to time when we are in London and although it is simple rather than luxurious we have all found it perfectly comfortable. The sofa bed is there so that you can use the space during the day time but if it is only used as a bed then I would consider replacing it with a more substantial bed. ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. ## Guest interaction My support team or I will be contactable by email or telephone d...
## The neighborhood Once viewed as an ordinary neighbourhood “for the ordinary man,” Clapham has steadily been transforming since the 1980s. This southwest London locale is now known for its cultural contributions—overseas transplants and young graduates call Clapham home. Although it’s well-suited for commuters, Clapham is becoming a destination of its own as the neighborhood’s cafes, pubs, and wine bars attract an easygoing crowd that appreciates its no-fuss atmosphere. ## Getting around The flat is a 7 minute walk to Clapham Common Tube Station, from which you can take the Northern Line straight into Central London, taking only 13 minutes to get to London Bridge!
