This is a very spacious and quiet 3rd floor apartment with views of Edinburgh Castle and 2 bathrooms. It was completely renovated in 2018 and has been carefully maintained ever since. It's located in Marchmont which is a leafy suburb that adjoins the City Centre and so is, within walking distance of all the main attractions and shopping streets. The bedrooms have black-out blinds for a great nights sleep, and there is lots of storage space, with a spare room (additional to the 2 bedrooms and lounge) for suitcases etc. All the furniture and bedding is very new, and so too are the towels and bed linen. It's located on a quiet leafy road.

Thirlestane Road is about a 7 minute walk to the Meadows, and a 15 minute walk to the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. There is a very nice local pub/restaurant (The Black Ivy) just a 3 minute walk away, and there are local shops (e.g. Sainsbury Local, Coop Local etc) about a 5 minute walk away. Thirlestane Road is a very quiet, leafy road in Marchmont, yet is very close to the main bus routes in Bruntsfield which take you into the City Centre.
