## The space The flat is on the first floor and has clean and spacious communal areas. The property has an open plan living room and kitchen, equipped with modern appliances. The bedrooms, one a large en-suite and the other with twin sofa that doubles as a cinema has extra comfy beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival. There is a balcony, affording views of the River Lea and Millfields Park.
