## The space If you are seeking hotel standards and home comfort, you will be very happy here! This new build one bedroom top floor flat was newly decorated in August 2016 with brand new furnishings. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including microwave, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. Tea and coffee provided. The bedroom has a king sized bed with high quality Egyptian linen. There is a spacious built in wardrobe with ample hanging spaces. Hairdryer and GHD straighteners available for guest use. A brand new bathroom was fitted in February 2019 with shower bath. Towels and toiletries provided. ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire flat. Good free Wifi connection makes an excellent base for working if required. Digital tv with 100 channels and Netflix also available. There is free private resident's parking together with free on street parking. There is a file containing loads of local useful information together with Edinburgh guide books and maps. ## Guest interaction I won't be available in person but my support team will be on hand 24/7.
