The Flat is very near to the newly renovated harbour and also the creative quarter Parking is easy at the front of the building. There is plenty of pay and display bays and not too expensive. From Oct to March, parking in the bays is 5 hours, in the summer you must buy a ticket. Beware that the parking right in front of the building is in a restricted parking zone and you might get a parking ticket. There is some free parking alongside the disused railway, in Tram Road. Folkestone Central Station is not too far away and is a 20 minute walk through the town.
