Our recently modernised, fully furnished one bed apartment is located in Waterloo, a lovely suburb of Liverpool. The apartment has a double bed in the main bedroom, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. A 4k smart TV with Amazon Prime and superfast broadband is included. Fresh linen and towels are provided at check-in and the kitchen is very well equipped offering tea & coffee making facilities. The flat is in a great location with local shops, cafes, bars & restaurants right on the doorstep and a short walk to Crosby beach, the site of Anthony Gormley's Another Place Iron Men Statues. Despite its central location the apartment is very quiet. Waterloo train station is just a 2 minute walk away and from there 15 minutes to Liverpool central station.

We are Daniel and Ania, a couple living in Royal Leamington Spa. Our cleaner who will prepare the apartment before arrival will meet guests at check-in to provide the keys. We are always available over the phone if guests have any queries and our fantastic maintenance team live just a few minutes walk away in the unlikely event of any issues!
