The property has 4 Freeview televisions (in the kitchen, lounge (with Netflix) and in both bedrooms (one SMART TV)), a w/machine, a separate dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a Neff electric hob and oven. The property’s South facing courtyard has both rattan seating and BBQ/dining areas. Reef House is one of the few houses for rent in central Bournemouth. It is one of the very few houses, rather than flats/apartments, available in central Bournemouth - as its just a short walk from the commercial centre (directly via Bournemouth Gardens) and the beach. The property is located in a quiet residential road, with its own private parking, south facing court yard and entrance. The property is adjacent to Bournemouth Gardens which has a dedicated cycle path to Bournemouth commercial centre.
