This new development has a stylish lobby and interior design, as well as the benefit of a communal 6th floor roof terrace available for guests' use. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed via the stairs or lift. Our property consists of a modern luxury bathroom, modern fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and hob. The open plan living area provides dining table comfy sofa, TV, DVD, music bar and balcony access. Cosy appointed bedroom with kingsize super comfy bed and and balcony access. Free WiFi is provided. There is a linen collection/drop off Wednesday day time for which access is required - it takes a moment. There is metered parking on the street outside which is usually readily available and costs approx £11 for 24h.
