Six bed caravan in a quite spot at Suffolk Sands Park Pet Friendly gas central heating large decking Free WIFI Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with vanity and toilet, separate bathroom with shower sink & toilet Towels Not Included, twin single bed room and pull out double bed in lounge, kitchen with built in counter size Fridge and Freezer microwave toaster & kettle dining table with four chairs, lounge has TV sofa bed, decking has a table with two chairs. Cot bed available upon request .
Under New Management, I have brought the caravan form a family member who successfully rented the caravan out fro the past two years and I hope to continue with their standard, I do live away from Felixstowe so Cheryl has agreed to clean and welcome Guests as she had before, I have made a few changes and updates to the caravan and hope all future Guests have a wonderful time.
The beach is a few minuets walk with plenty of amusements holiday shops and restaurants, at the pier there is a large leisure centre with a gym pool etc a sea view restaurant and amusements, the local shops are up the hill from the pier. Their are two Lidl’s Tesco’s Iceland and Morrison’s Mac Donalds in Felixstowe in and just out of the town the nearest shop from the caravan is about a 10 minute walk a spar shop or corner shop. Our Sister sight Felixstowe Beach is near the Spar Shop all Guests have access to the site for the club house, the club house is newly renovated and extended for 2021 also a lovely swimming pool and playground At the end of Suffolk Sands Park is a Beautiful Nature Reserve great for Dog walking also landguard Fort is worth visiting a small charge for entry also has a lovely Cafe on site
