We live in a 4 bedroom house in a quiet desirable area of Bude, just 500m and only 2 minutes walk from the beach and Links golf course. Town is just a 5 minute walk and boasts a wide variety of shops and services This is our family house and has a large living room and a spacious kitchen diner, that has large glass doors that open out onto our garden. We have 2 double bedrooms (both en- suite) and 2 single bedrooms, as well as a family bathroom. We also have a utility room and downstairs toilet.
This property is our main home, however we love to travel too and renting our house allows us to see and explore so much more. As it is our main house it has things that one associates with a home, books, games, music, films, all of which you can enjoy as you wish. Bude is on Cornwall’s gorgeous north coast close to North Devon. It boasts eight main beaches and dozens more coves. This stretch is popular with surfers, and our closest beach Crooklets is shown in the photos above. When the tide is out, you can stretch your legs along four miles of beach, from Bude to Sandymouth, which has its own waterfall. and if you’re after dramatic coves carved sharply out of the cliff, then head to Duckpool beach, six miles north of Bude. For thrill-seekers, Crealy Adventure Park has a lots of rides and more fun awaits at The Big Sheep in Bideford which has an ice-skating rink and toboggan slope. This part of the world is full of medieval history and folklore. Tintagel is the reputed birthplace of King Arthur – you can even visit Merlin’s cave on a day out at the atmospheric ruins of Tintagel castle, built by Richard, Earl of Cornwall in the 13th century. There are other devastatingly pretty towns and villages nearby including the charming fishing villages of Boscastle, Port Issac and the town of Padstow - also known as the culinary capital of Cornwall.
