A modern chalet with immaculate interior that is adjoined to a complex of 3 renovated chalets between the seaside villages of California and Scratby making them the perfect solution for the larger group or family. Ample parking to the side and rear of the property with an open comunnal lawn to the front. . Perfect for a small family wanting a coastal holiday or couples looking to get away from it all. The immaculately presented lounge is presented with a neutral design and two matching sofas for relaxation in front of the cosy fire with an adjoining well-equipped kitchen forms a sophisticated base to prepare and cook meals. Both bedrooms have a fully fitted wardrobe. The front-facing double bedroom has a quality mattress and memory foam top to ensure a peaceful nights sleep. The 2nd bedroom in 143 and 145 are bunk-rooms and 145 has its own pull out bed. In 144 there is a full sized single bed with a quality mattress and memory foam top with its own pull-out bed (2' 6" x 6') adapting it to a twin bedded room. The light and airy feel uplifts the formation in a stylish and sleek fashion, and a classic bathroom finishes the property to a standard of quality

Nestled between the villages of Scratby and California our modern exclusive chalets give you the freedom to enjoy miles of golden sandy beaches on the Norfolk Coast and the perfect base to enjoy exploring the tranquil Norfolk Broads or the many cycling and dog walking trails A clean, unspoilt sandy beach awaits you within a five minute walk and there are are so many attractions in the area that you will want to come back and again. From the Nature Reserve at Martham Broad, Ormesby Broad Ormesby Broad, Rollesby Broad and Filby Broad that offer beautiful views of both the landscape and the local wildlife. Motor boats aren’t allowed on these broads so heightening a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. There are opportunities to hire a boat and fish. A little further and you will find the larger Broads again with picturesque scenery and where you can hire a motor boat or take advantage of the excursion boats.. Not to be missed is Horsey Gap where you will find a colony of seals; the Seal warden is always happy to share his knowledge of these wonderful creatures Plus much much more including museums, wildlife parks and gardens ,miniature railway and miniature village.
