Sunny Nook is ideally situated less than a minute's walk to the shore and just over a minute to the High Street - which has the village shop and Post Office, several cafes, art galleries, and the fish and chip shop. As the property is situated on a pedestrian wynd (path) there is no parking at the door. It is a very short walk to the nearest parking - which is free. Built in the 18th century Sunny Nook has been updated to 21st century standards with a modern kitchen and shower room, central heating, ample power points and WiFi broadband, without losing any of its charm. It has been totally refurbished in spring 2018 with a fresh, clean look.

I took early retirement in 2017 so that I could fulfill my dream of running a holiday let in Fife - the county of my ancestors which I adore and is often an overlooked part of Scotland. My aim with Sunny Nook is to provide everything you need and nothing you don't, for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. I love meeting my guests and finding out their reason for visiting the East Neuk. I do everything myself - this is my baby and I love and take pride in every minute of it.
