Sunnybeach is a stunning luxury apartment situated on Seaton seafront enjoying uninterrupted views of the sea and coastline both from the apartment and its superb roof terrace garden. Modern and contemporary in style the property provides light and spacious, very high quality accommodation for couples or families. A maximum of two dogs are accepted for an additional charge and the parking is located at the rear of the property and there is a back door accessed via a fairly steep, metal external staircase (second floor). The property also has access via an internal staircase leading directly from The Esplanade at the front. The accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with sea views and two bedrooms, 1 Kingsize bed with ensuite shower room and 1 Double bed with ensuite shower room along with a further separate bathroom with a bath and shower over. On the third floor there is a sunroom with sofa and French doors to a roof terrace garden with lounge and dining furniture. There is parking for 1 car, utilities, linen & towels are included. A travelcot, highchair and stairgate are not supplied but available for hire from the host.
