A beautifully presented 5 double bedroom house over looking Barry Island beach with incredible sea views. The property comprises of 2 Ensuite and 1 family bathroom, modern kitchen and breakfast bar. Dinning room, living room and patio area with seating area. Situated 5 minute walk to Beaches, café's, Bars, Restaurants, Fairground and Train station. 10 minute drive from Cardiff Airport and 20 minute drive or train to Cardiff central.

Craig and Natalie met skiing in Austria, Natalie is from London but moved to Barry Island and we have been married for 15 years and have 5 children. SunnyVale was our family home of 7 years before moving just down the road.
