It’s a lovely detached bungalow elevated , overlooking the beach , whitehills and in the distance Lossiemouth . The house has all mod cons , very high standard of everything . There is a lovely patio with a bbq and table eg for you to enjoy the great outdoors .Great spot for a base for active holidays. Close by some great places to visit. It’s a great little walk along the beach to the next small fishing village whitehills . It’s only 3 miles away .

I’m a local lass who has lived in this house for over 40 years. I never get fed up of watching the tide go out / in. I’m an easy going person that nothing is too much trouble to do for my guests . I have a really great knowledge of my area .

Banff is in the centre of many nice spots to visit. Gardenstown , Pennan , Peterhead prison, and the famous Aden country park at mintlaw. The other side is Portsoy ( the famous boat festival ) the Spey side walk , the whisky trail, Fyvie castle and much more. Truly a lovely spot for seeing the best of the north east of Scotland .
