Newly renovated Super Luxurious 4 storey detached, 7 bedroomed house with ample Storage, Parking, Cinema room and Garden ready to entertain up to 16 guests. From the moment you step through the door you can't help but be enamoured by the house and how much space you will have to enjoy. Every inch of the house has been well thought out to be able to fully meet your needs no matter how long you choose to stay for. The large open plan Kitchen/Dining area really sets the tone with the high end kitchen which has been fitted with all the mod cons from the coffee machine and spider burner hob to the dishwasher and plethora of glassware and crockery at your disposal. The spacious Dining area which sits alongside the Kitchen can easily seat 10-12 people with further seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Deciding who gets the biggest room won't really be a factor here, as all of the rooms are substantial in size so nobody will be feeling as though they pulled the short straw, you will all be victorious when it's time to hit the hay.

Nestled right in the heart of Poole close to Poole harbour and the sought after Sandbanks beach which can be admired from a distance at the top of the house, this breathtaking property is set back from the road and boasts parking for two cars on the driveway, with room for another car in the Garage and free on street parking. Once you've taken in all the scenery and sea air from visiting the many beaches nearby, what more could you ask for then to relax, chill and indulge yourself with a little or a lot of popcorn for a movie night. The large L shaped sofa and additional 2 seater sofa will be perfect for the whole household to snuggle down whilst watching your favourite films on the Large smart TV with surround sound and enjoying spending some quality time together.
