Hotel is renovated to a new build. The only thing that's not new is the bricks. All rooms are of high standard just different shape and sizes. We are four star accredited with the English tourist board. We were in TV programme euro family exchange.. No pets allowed unless guests have asked us before booking. You will be asked to cancel booking if the pet room is not available. Strick rules apply and fees.Pets are only allowed via phone call before booking. Rooms are a fixed price all children have to be paid for. Two adults one child is same price a three adults. If you book a room all guest must be registered on arrival. You will be asked to leave if you bring someone to the hotel who is not booked in on the day of arrival at full price. One night stay booking must pay before upfront before arrival. Failure to record valid card could result in your booking being cancelled. We do not tolerate bad conduct or violence guest will be removed from the property. This is a small family hotel for families and guest needed a quiet place to stay. Free from the hustle and bustle up town.

We are at the north side of Blackpool just a short tram ride to the busy town centre. Close to the sea and golf course. Their is no restriction on parking when busy we have a car park. The illuminations are greatest at this part of town for walkers.
