Swallows Nest is a wonderfully converted barn positioned some 10 miles from Launceston, in the hamlet of Canworthy Water. It boasts two bedrooms; a double with en-suite shower room and a ground floor children's bunks with en-suite bathroom, sleeping four people altogether. There is also an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, while outside is off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed garden with furniture and a BBQ, as well as an enclosed children's play area.
