CLEANING & SANITISING Please be assured that we have undertaken the following steps: • Increased frequency of cleaning our public areas (including the stairwells, corridors, door handles etc.) • Thorough cleaning and sanitising of each apartment between stays. • Installation of hand-sanitisers at front entrances for guests to use when entering the building. • To avoid potential cross-contamination, we have temporarily removed all games, books, newspapers, periodicals, leaflets and ornaments.

A small ground floor self contained flat in a residential building a few minute's walk to the beach and town centre. This compact but functional property offers 1 bedroom with small double bed, lounge with Smart TV (free Netflix) & Fibre Broadband, kitchen, small shower room & laundry room. Ideally suited for 2. The very small but functional shower room consisting of: Shower cubicle, WC and small hand basin and shelving. Some guests have mentioned they have needed to step out of the shower room into the adjacent kitchen to be able to towel dry properly. Our apartment is easy to find. It’s the yellow house with a black door on Commercial Road, the first door after Bath Street walking away from the bus station. The town centre and the beach are only a few minutes walk. Close to both Weymouth Train & Bus Stations.
