So whilst we offer our properties for corporate or business use, we also welcome families with open arms and provide extra facilities such as high chairs, travel cots and baby bath supports where needed, at no extra cost (kids are expensive enough, right?!) Sweetbriar is a modern and stylishly decorated 4-bed house to accommodate up to 7 people. Kept immaculately clean at all times, you can depend on us for a comfortable and enjoyable stay that feels just like home. Bedrooms include a choice of king / double / single beds. TVs with Netflix in 3 bedrooms. We have a main bathroom & an en-suite. Sky TV in Lounge. Off road parking for 2 cars & additional on road parking is available. Travel cot & high chair available if needed - please just ask.

The neighbourhood is safe and is not on a through road so you can feel secure. Sweetbriar is situated just off junction 5 of the M42, less than a 10-minute drive away from Birmingham International Airport and the NEC / Resorts World Arena. We are only a 5-minute drive away from Solihull town centre, and only 4 minutes away from Solihull hospital, and 8 minutes away from Jaguar Land Rover. Bruton Park is also close by, which is lovely for visits with children to feed the ducks! For an enjoyable day out, a half-hour drive will take you to the beautiful Stratford-upon-Avon or to Birmingham City Centre for an abundance of shops, restaurants, theatres and other attractions.
