Guests have access to their own living room with a log fire in the winter. The bedroom which has a separate bathroom with a bath as well as a separate shower cubicle. There is secured parking for motorbikes

Swn y Coed is run Doreen & Robin who are a husband and wife team. Although we have only been open since July 2018 we really enjoying welcoming guests to Swn y Coed.

Swn y Coed is nestled in the heart of Wales and is a stone's throw the from the Cambrian Mountain range, which include Llyn Brainne reservoir with scenery rivaling that of the Elan Valley. The Elan valley is a short drive from Swn y Coed and well worth a visit. If you are a bird watcher we have spotted over 25 different species of birds in our back garden, you will see Red Kites flying over the fields. .Swn y Coed postcode comes under Llanwtryd Wells but is actually based in the small village of Beulah, which is just off the A483. Builth Wells is 8 miles away and the village is serviced by a local shop, a petrol filling station and a local pub which serves food.
