A lovely 2018 Caravan sleeps 8 with Hot Tub. Comfortably decorated to include everything you need to enjoy your stay here. Bedding is provided, Hair dryer, High chair, Travel cot and Baby Monitors. Iron and Ironing Board. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a full size Fridge and Freezer. Tv's in Master . Master has En Suite Toilet. 40"TV in Lounge, X Box 360 and games on request. Based in a quiet location on Tattershall Lakes. With views of one of the lakes from the caravan (not lakeside) Fully double glazed and central heated, to keep cosy all year round. A Refundable damage bond will be requested before your stay by bank transfer and returned 1 day after providing all ok. We hold a strict No Pets ans NO SMOKING policy. We aim to provide a clean and fresh caravan for all our guests. Smokers in the van requires a steam clean to remove the smell which costs us in time and money. A sand bucket is provided outside where you can smoke. The Hot Tub is designed to seat up to to 5 Adults only.
