Ten Steps with its harbour-side position and private garden to the rear is a little gem in the heart of Polperro. This pet friendly cottage provides a comfortable base from which to explore the south of the county and has an array of pubs, cafes, restaurants and quirky shops on the doorstep. Set over three floors there is a smart new shower room WC on the ground floor with kitchen and dining area, living room on the second floor with views and the two bedrooms on the second floor (double bedroom has views to the front) with access out into the private garden from this level also. Ten Steps Cottage comes with a private off site parking space for one car. Please note that due to the age of the property, staircases are steep and narrow.
