The Annex

The annex is situated in Hordle. Guests staying at this holiday home have access to a fully equipped kitchen.

Bournemouth is 11.2 miles from the holiday home. Bournemouth Airport is 9.9 miles from the property.

Information about the host

In between idyllic beaches on the south coast and the new forest national park, the annex is a cosy retreat suitable for a single person or couple. There is a lockable gated entrance to the property which is located adjacent to the main house. The property also has a private, lockable front door. Upon entering the annex, there is a kitchen area with cooking amenities (a mini electric oven,microwave, kettle, toaster, electric hob) and a dining table for two. There is also a conservatory which consists of a sofa and television with double doors leading to a small area of garden that we’ve sectioned off to ensure that our dogs don’t disturb your sanctuary! We also have a bedroom with an en-suite which consists of a double bed, large wardrobe, sink, toilet, bath/shower combo and towel radiator. Unfortunately we can only allow babies to stay in the accommodation as there is only room for a cot and this will need to be provided by guests. As well as this, guests will also be required to provide their own high chair. The property has been tried and tested by our three children over the years and they’ve now given us the go ahead to give others the chance to enjoy it.

The annex is located in our family home garden which we share with our two beautiful dogs, Jess and Ruby! We love where we live and we hope to share all it has to offer with others. We love the outdoors and making special memories with friends and family who often come to visit us in this beautiful place we call home. Having moved here from west London 25 years ago and holidaying in the new forest, we now feel so thankful to be able to enjoy all that the south coast has to offer (permanently!) We live on a quiet street in between the towns of lymington and new Milton, with access to local beaches and the new forest national park. We are also within equal distance of Southampton and Bournemouth, which are great for big shopping trips and days out! There is so much to do and see it would take us forever to write it all down! We would be more than happy to give written or verbal information regarding local tourist attractions depending on the guests’ preference.
