The Annex is perfectly placed to make the most of the area with the Town Centre and its many bars, restaurants and attractions a short walk away. The Ulverston Leisure centre, with gym, swimming pool etc are open to non-members and it is just at the end of the lane alongside a Coop Convenience store, popular Chippy and a family-friendly pub with good food and real ales.
