The Annexe at Upper Rooksnest is a delightful compact 2 bedroom flat with Wi-Fi. It offers an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, with one bathroom including bath/shower/lavatory. Accessed by an outside staircase, internally the flat is on one level. There is use of the garden below for summer relaxation. The Annexe is across the drive from the main house, with its own entrance and off-road parking. A tennis court is available for guests to use - rackets and balls not provided.

We have two small, friendly dogs.

Inkpen is a rural village split into three sections. There are many walks and bridle paths and Combe Gibbet is a small hike from the village giving outstanding views for miles (depending on the weather!) The area is popular with cyclists. There are various pubs and restaurants within the area offering cosy bar dining to Michelin Stars.
