We are situated in a residential area, putting this aside we are a short walk to a nice little up and coming trendy area called Southville, where there are lovely little quirkiy cafes, bars and shops. There is a lovely big park called Greville Smyth just down the road if you have children or if you just want a nice walk. The city centre is not far also, you can either walk around the docks or you can catch the ferry which comes every half hour at The Cottage just across the bridge.
