The apartment is located on the first floor and comprises a small entrance hall which leads off to the kitchen/living area, two double bedrooms and the shower room. Bedroom one has built-in storage and a window over-looking a small side street. The second bedroom looks out directly over Falmouth’s pretty, festooned high street. The living area has a two-seater sofa and flat screen television, along with a modern fitted kitchen and two large windows that look out over the high street. It is a treat to wash-up whilst spotting Falmouth’s characterful inhabitants going about their business, but if being out and among it is more your thing, then fear not, there is a dishwasher available. The apartment also boasts a washing machine, microwave and fully-equipped kitchen. Please note that there are three apartments in the building (Warleggan, Fox and Vyvyan), which can sleep 14 in total across all three; perfect to book in conjunction to accommodate larger groups! There is also another apartment (The Bunker) adjacent to the Old Bank, which can sleep an additional 4.
