The Beaumont

The Beaumont is on the A2, 0.7 miles from Sittingbourne Rail Station and town centre. It has free WiFi, free parking and a varied breakfast menu.

The Beaumont is a 4-star B&B located within a few minutes' drive of the Eurolink Industrial Estate and Kent Science Park. Leeds Castle, Dickens World and Canterbury are less than 30 minutes away by car or train.

Most of the rooms have en suite showers and toilets. There are also single rooms with separate private bathroom facilities.

The delicious breakfasts include good quality meat, free-range eggs, fresh mushrooms and tomatoes, plus a good selection of teas cereals and fruit. Vegetarian, vegan and other special diets are all available.

Information about the host

Although Steve & Barbara have only been here a short while, there has been a Bed & Breakfast here for over 20 years. The building itself is much older and has been through lots of different reincarnations. The older part of The Beaumont was built in the 17th Century, with a "new" extension added in the 19th Century. Already we enjoy this interesting and historic building, and are enthusiastic about welcoming others to share in it and stay here too! We pride ourselves on continuing The Beaumont’s reputation for providing clean, comfortable, welcoming accommodation and a polite friendly service.

Steve & Barbara are pleased to welcome you to The Beaumont! Previously from the midlands we’ve only been here since June 2019, having decided to go in a new direction and make Sittingbourne our new home. We look forward to welcoming you to our new venture.

Sittingbourne is a great base for exploring Kent. Chatham historic dockyards, Leeds Castle, Faversham, Whitstable and Margate are all within easy travelling distance. Sittingbourne is also a central area for business and industry.
