The property is arranged on a reverse-level basis to take full advantage of the view from the 30ft first floor living room. A superb, open-plan dual aspect room, it enjoys a wonderful feeling of space with ample natural light and estuary views from all areas of the living space through glazed doors which open on to a wonderful timber decked balcony. From here, panoramic estuary views are enjoyed. The balcony has an awning and, being south-west facing, it enjoys the sun for all of the day and is a fabulous spot for al-fresco dining. Property also has a mooring that is available as an option on request Property has a high specification RIB that is available as an option on request.

Close by there are moorings, quays and slipways at the head of the Kingsbridge/Salcombe Estuary. The area has an abundance of sandy beaches and cliff top walks with the popular sailing towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth within easy reach.
